That turbo peeking through the top of a bonnet would be something epic to behold locally Greg.

Road test from Wayne and the boys.....a bit shaky from the nervous passenger..

Very nice Greg, good to see that motor up and running after all the headaches it gave you from the get go.

RE: KAD Project - KAD16V - 11-15-2015

Thanks....headaches were more from no-one knowing what to do with her. Alan from Midlands has tested her Weber 40's and a smaller choke size. He say's even Granny can driver her now....

My Dellorto's have 32mm, so need to find 4 at 28mm. They a bit expensive from the UK...14 GBP each !

The engineering has been a learning curve....from the old Cosworth pistons being incorrectly re-grooved to getting the alloy flywheel re-done with new friction ring. I just need a straight cut box with upgraded drive train....but that's for another tax year.

My only unknown is the cam...I hope it is not to high on the race profile.

I will post a video of her once run in and she is able to open up to full RPM.

Time to find some sponsorship. I reckon I should hire her out for track days :-0

Love how understated the interior is. Great job!

Man oh man but does your car look awesome or what, I really like the understated approach interior wise to the fire breathing beast of a motor peeking out of the bonnet.
