My daughters have voted for Esmerelda. She's sitting in my garden, and I'm having moments of 'what the hell were you thinking' interspersed with 'it'll be ok with a bit of TLC'. Im sure it's going to cost money one way or the other. :-)

It'll cost you significantly less to get this one on the road for now over what you'll inevitably be spending on your mk1 restoration, and to my mind this should be an easy sale where you'll recoup a fair bit of your initial outlay once the mk1 is completed and ready to take its place
