I am trying to find out what needle was originally in the HS4 and which dizzy, model and serial number, for the Clubman 1275E.

DZ needle was fixed needle for E, swinging needle is a different needle I believe BQ. 45D distributer and I believe is 41418, but I have to check this to be sure. Also 41416

Thanks Phil thats excellent.
Sounds like thay were using similar parts to the UK 1275GT which is a bit surprising given the E had higer compression and HP.
