Hello

I just got my first car. A 1975 Austin mini. GTS. it has had some work done and no longer has 2 carburetors.

Ive had a couple of issues but managed to get most of them done.

Does anybody know where to get rubbers and clips for every window door and boot? my boot leaks and back windows. The previous owner left a small piece at the bottom of the windshield open. Have no idea why. I also need the mechanism to wind the window down. The mechanic i took my car to suggested i get a brand new one.

Also the car over revs by itself. Is there anywhere i could get a new spring?

Welcome Smile Nice one on finding a GTS and congrats on getting your first car and for it to be a Mini as well Smile.

It shouldn't be too difficult to find a replacement set of GTS twin 1.25" SU carbs for your car.

Let's see some pictures of your new Mini.

Pro auto rubber has most of the rubbers you need. Just Google them.

Use a photo upload account, something such as flickr.

There is a guide on the forum on how to use it.
