Hoping it improves the ability slightly.

Sorted out the idling and fast idling, thanks to the WhatsApp group, and debugged the electrics and got the wipers, windscreen washers and horn to work again

Didn't do too much. Sanding and spraying of small parts.

Today it's me and the brake system.

Got a new master cylinder and then hopefully we have brakes again and the mini goes back on the road.

Might have to crack open a cold one this afternoon in celebration.

So I picked up the S bucket seats from the upholsterer today and got them fitted.







They're a bit too far forward in the car so need to get some extender brackets. Luckily Faraaz and Jared have come to my rescue. In the mean time, tomorrow morning I will have to swap the driver's seat with the original E seat as it feels very weird to drive the car right now.

Plan for today is to hopefully put the radiator and fan back in. Bleed the whole system and having a running mini by tonight.

Had the same goal last week Saturday though... So let's see how it goes today.
