When is a car, a classic?

And how does the licencing work on a classic car? Or for argument sake, a mini?

For mine, it's the same as any other car. I think for really old, vintage cars there might be other options, but I don't think Minis are that old.

It's a 1962. Costs about R450 a year, but that's going on memry, might be a bit more or a bit less.
