Indeed there are, there's quite a bit I think what I meant to say was the youths interest in older vintage cars, now days everyone my age wants to hop straight into a golf 7r Gti or 135m if you get what I'm saying? I've always been into the retro side of cars my first car was a '63 Bmw 2002 which sadly I bought without the engine so also had to build without being entirely original.

Looks like a nice solid mini. They aren't too rare, so no one will get annoyed with you for modifying it and making it your own. Should be a fun project. You should start a build thread for it and keep us updated once you get going on the project

Yep, that's a Mk111. Looks like a good base for a conversion.

Thank god haha but long term future plans will be to buy one for the girlfriend and keep it standard. She seems to like the moke though and I want a pick up but will see what happens
