Built a frame for the shell to stand on for even more body work
   

Applied heat to the custom grill to bend it to conform to the shape of the car 
   

Sanded and polished parts 
   

Turned grey(er) while sorting out the wiring. That is my Dad in the picture
   

Moved Rooistes (aka 50 shaded of beige) into the garage 
   

Started reassembling the front subframe and fully refurbished suspension

Rear subframe spray painted
   

Rack an pinion refurbished and spray painted
   

Custom grill sanded and polished 
   

...and polished some more
   

Chromed some more parts
   

Bought some (apparently decent) 25 mm grommets 
   

Cleaned the rear suspension parts
   

Reassembled the rear suspension and brakes
   
   

And attached the brake and petrol lines before attaching the rear subframe!  

Something has actually been attached to the shell. Hallelujah!!
