Digital Speedo Gauge
#1
Don't have much info on this, but do have an excerpt from another forum :

Quote:From what I can gather the units going to retail at approx £350 GBP and is fully programmable for wheel size, Fuel sender type, with a 'Tripmeter' and all LED illumination and indicator lights. Speed information can be from the end of your existing speedo cable (by an electronic/mechanical adaptor or by a speed sensormounted close to a drive shaft. Full calibration of the unit can be set up for excellent accuracy for speed/distance while not 'cheap' or OE Equipment, if you want that extra special center clock more in line with todays more modern cars - this might be it !

That electronic odo is just so tastefully subtle that you don't lose the classic look and appearance of the Smiths dial.

Expensive, but worth it I think. Have to agree - the subtlety on this is great.

I wonder if they're planning on applying this tech to the later 3 gauge cluster as found in the likes of the GT and GTS?

The If they do and the exchange rate is a little better than what it currently is, I might actually have to convince my wife that my GTS absolutely needs one in order for it to run reliably Big Grin Cool
