We bought the Clubman for way too much money in 2012. On closer inspection we found that the Mini was in a crash at some time and that the floor was folded and bent. The car was previously owned by someone with no mechanical skills and lots of access to bailing wire. Everything was held together with "bloudraad"

I stripped everything off the shell and manged to get a good shell for a few hundred bucks. 

     

Total rebuild over the span of a year. Resprayed, new interior, new brake lines, CV's, wheel bearings, brakes, master cylinder, clutch master and slave cylinders, Put in a new sunroof.

   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   



Then we finally got to change the wheels. decide on 13" so I could do the disk brake conversion.

Did you have to increase the size of the disc spigot hole? I had to when I did a similar upgrade to get the disc flush with the drive flange surface.

No I didn't need to change the hole. I did re-drill the new PCD with smaller holes so it centers better on the Mini studs though.
