"I shall call him... MiniMe"
#1
Smile
Hi all [Image: smile.png]

My name is Dylan (Gordon's son, owner of 2y2m...2) and I've recently taken ownership of a red 1275 mini clubman, now known as 'MiniMe' - Austin Powers fans will appreciate.

After seeing the frustration, the nights spent under the tiny bonnet and the "is that too much smoke?" look from my dad I decided that, somewhere in the less reasonable part of my mind - "that looks like fun!" Despite the snags these cars might have, there is still nothing I've been in that has more character or draws more attention than a mini, including supercars like the Audi R8 and a BMW M5..

On mine, there are a few issues that need repair, but with the direction of a more than capable mechanic it will be on the road in no time!

Looking forward to learning more about these little machines, taking some fun drives and trips with my wife, and having my own 'mini stories' to tell someone else's grandkids.

Nice to have you with us Dylan, your dad's Bullnose is one to admire so I'm quite confident that yours will turn out just as well.

The rest of the interior actually looks really good. The seats and door cards fit the colour theme very well.
