Hi all
How do i replace these?
Do they just "pull out" of the cones/trumpets?
And the nylon part, does it "pull out" of the arms?

Yes you have to remove the trumpets (Cones)
The nylon cup usually stays lekker stuck in the suspension arm, a good sharp screwdriver is best to pry it out.
The knuckle joint will need to be driven out of the cone.

I use a fine Gastorch (one you may use in a kitchen for crème brulée)
Slowly heat it up until it is getting soft and softer. Then use an old screw driver just to take it out loike chewing gum.
Nicht mit dem Hammer!
If the knuckle joint seems tough to get out of the trumpet, heat-up the end of the trumpet where the knuckle sits. then it is easier to get it out with a vice without destroying the trumpet.
Before you put in a new plastic cup, use copper grease inside the whole of the arm.
