Please do me a favour, for the same effort and will etc to go and buy metric bolts and fit them, please just fit the correct imperial bolt and or nut and keep the car as far possible correct.
Now the new owner will have a hard time figuring out what bolts and nuts was used if you mix and match.
Do not get me wrong as I do understand that like the front mounting bolts and the bolts through the floor will not matter if metric, but do not go and force metric bolts into the tower mounting plates. I have had to fix too many threads that have been fu++ed up due to incorrect bolts and nuts being fitted. Having recently gone through the same exercise of fitting helicoils due to metric bolts being forced to into the hubs,where the calipers mount.

Own some minis, break them, fix them, improve them, test them to the limit....
